The demand for public transportation is on the rise in the Big Apple.

    In fact, the demand for buses has been growing since 2010, according to the National Association of County Commuters, which tracks the transportation demand in cities across the country.

    “New York City, Chicago and other large metropolitan areas have historically had a very large population that can be easily accommodated for bus service,” says Peter Weisbrot, a senior research analyst with NACCP.

    But now, it is a challenge to fill those capacity gaps, he says.

    “The city is starting to get congested, and there are fewer people willing to drive,” he says, noting that there are currently just 9,000 cars per day in Manhattan.

    “If you’re not a car person, that’s a real problem.”

    Bus demand is also becoming more extreme as the number of buses is on track to reach a record high of 24 million in 2020.

    The number of daily passengers on the New York-New Jersey Transit system is at the highest it’s been in almost a decade, at just over 31 million.

    And while the number is up from 2016, it’s still far lower than the 25 million passengers who rode the bus in 1990, the year of the first big crash involving the Buses for the Homeless.

    As bus demand continues to grow, drivers are increasingly becoming more aware of how to navigate a congested city, as well.

    The average driver now knows how to take off at a safe speed, and the most common tactics are “turn off the lights and head home,” according to John Pecoraro, a New York State Department of Transportation commissioner.

    And when people do choose to turn off the light, they do so slowly.

    And even when the city is packed with cars, drivers may not have the time or knowledge to check to make sure they are leaving at the right time, according and Michael Sivak, a professor at the University of California, Berkeley’s Institute of Transportation Research.

    Many people are unaware of the dangers of being left in the dark and driving at low speeds, he explains.

    If the lights are flashing, then you have to be aware of it and pay attention to the traffic.

    If the lights turn green, it means you’re close to an intersection.

    If you don’t have your lights on, you’re going to get hit by a car.

    And if you don`t have lights on in a given area, you can be hit by an oncoming vehicle.

    So you can`t always be aware.

    At the same time, the driver must be aware that their car is going to hit a pedestrian or bicyclist.

    And that is why people are turning on the headlights and not looking to see what they are doing.

    The result of these new driver-assist devices is that drivers are less likely to crash and injuries are lower, according Sivarak.

    And because more people are driving, accidents have dropped, according with the American Automobile Association.

    But even as drivers are being trained to look for pedestrians, accidents are happening all the time, says David Krasner, president of the Association of American Bus Passengers, a trade group.

    “The more you drive, the more likely you are to be hit in a crash,” he said.

    In some cases, people are using those newly-discovered techniques to avoid being hit, or they are using them in ways that don’t create as many crashes, according Krasners.

    The combination of a growing number of vehicles on the road and a declining number of drivers, he adds, are making it harder for drivers to make safe decisions.

    What is the answer?

    In the short term, city leaders have started addressing the issue by requiring new drivers to be licensed and undergo a safety test.

    But the city also has been trying to get more people off the road.

    As of the end of last year, there were nearly 2.7 million registered drivers in New Yorkers, a 10 percent increase from 2015.

    In addition to safety testing, the city has introduced a program to make driverless cars more reliable and more affordable, including a $500,000 grant to a company that offers driverless electric cars to customers.

    One of the companies that offers a driverless car to customers, Drive Test Automation, is based in Palo Alto, California.

    Its technology allows drivers to do the majority of the work themselves and also have a full-time driver, according its website.

    That technology also reduces accidents and helps save money, since drivers typically pay $10,000 to $20,000 per year to lease a car, according company president Scott Minkin says.

    “We are doing it for the right reasons,” he adds.

    With a growing economy, the company has been making progress in the past year.

    The company has installed more than 700 driverless vehicles and is planning to start operating on the streets of San Francisco and Seattle
